Here are a total of seven short stories written before I finally finished 'Agency'. They were mostly inspired by my time as a news agency journalist on the international scene, but also by my private life in France and particularly Paris.

A word of warning is appropriate here: some of this writing is very sexually explicit, so might not be to everyone's taste. You have been warned.

''Excursion into Wollo'' is about a visit deep into the north-central Ethiopian highlands in 1984 at the time when news of a terrible famine there was beginning to reach the world outside. It was a visit which deeply marked me at the time.
